    • Warranty Terms

      1. This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only. Proof of Purchase is a Pre-Requisite to claim warranty.
      2. Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company's Service Centre (Refer the list) or its Authorized Service Centre or its Dealer's Service Centre.
      3. For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the authorized service Centre/company's service Centre/authorized dealer's service Centre, all expenses incurred in collection the unit or part/s thereof from the company's service Centre/authorized service Centre/authorized dealer's service Centre, as well as expenses incurred in connection with deputing of service personnel/ technicians towards to and fro travel, conveyance and other incidentals etc. will be borne by the customer.
      4. In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
      5. The company or its authorized service Centre/ service dealer, reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
      6. Warranty for the unexpired period shall continue after the product is inspected by the concerned service Centre and the product is found free from transit damage. The customer shall have to pay a visiting charge towards inspection, as applicable. 6c. In case of any transit damage, the product shall be repaired by the concerned service Centre on charges and warranty for unexpired period to continue.
      7. Free Installation or Demo of the product, can be availed only once & within 6 months from the date of purchase.
      9. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the company's prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.

      13. The concerned Service Centre will advise the customer whether to effect the repair at site or its Service Centre.
      14. In the event of the company offering EXTENDED WARRANTY period for any specific product / period, it is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER to get the warranty card duly registered with the nearest Authorized Service Centre of the company within 2 weeks of purchasing under such an offer, at the purchaser’s cost and risk only.
      15. Any part/s of the system replaced by the company at its discretion shall be with a functionally operative part.

    • THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES

      1. Repair due to misuse/third party repair attempts are not covered in warranty.
      2. Warranty does not cover repair due to external factors/medium/data types.
      3. If the product is not used as per its usage specifications(example: Personal, Commercial etc.)
      4. If the product has failed under certain conditions/types(example: Water Logging, Misuse etc.)
      5. The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the machine or cabinet.
      6. Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service Centre or purchaser's residence.

Calls registered with the centralized helpline / Authorized Service Centre, wherein only cleaning of the unit / parts in the unit due to dust gathering on portions of the unit, general explanations / returning, particular software not being read / installed, are not to be construed as defects. The company does not undertake responsibility on the quality of software being used by purchaser.
      5. In the event of repairs of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. The time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
      6. In case of any damage to the product / misuse detected by the authorized service center personnel, the warranty conditions are not applicable and repairs will be done subject to availability of parts and on chargeable basis only.

    • THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:

      1. The product is not purchased from an Authorized SAMSUNG sales dealer.
      2. The product purchased is not used according to instructions given in the INSTRUCTION MANUAL, as determined by the authorized service center / company personnel.
      3. Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the Authorized Service Centre / Company personnel.
      4. Warranty shall be void if product has failed under certain conditions/types(example: Water logging, misuse etc.)
      5. Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel.
      6. Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine/unit.
      7. The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the product.
      8. Defects due to causes beyond control like lighting, abnormal voltage, acts of god or while in transit to service center or to the purchaser's residence.
      9. Defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.
      10. Under no circumstance the company is liable for loss directly or indirectly for any of the following:
      a. Third party claims against customer for losses or damages.
      b. Loss or damages to records, information or data.
      c. Economic consequential damages including lost profits.
      d. Customer is advised to take back up for hard disk contents before handing over the unit for repair. The company shall not provide hard disk backup service.
      e. In case of repair, hard disk contents may be destroyed and customer will not be informed in advance. The company shall not be liable for any data, records or program lost due to repair.
      11. Warranty does not cover any third party software, settings, content, data or links, whether included/downloaded in product.
      12. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses, batteries or displays).
      13. Warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the product was used with, or connected to, a product, accessories, software and/or service not manufactured, supplied or authorized by SAMSUNG or was used otherwise than for its intended use, Defects can be caused by viruses from your or from third party is unauthorized access to services, other accounts, computer systems or networks. This unauthorized access can take place through hacking, password-mining or through a variety of means.
      14. Warranty does not cover defects caused by the fact that the battery has been short-circuited or by the fact that the seals of the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or by the fact that the battery has been used in equipment other than those for which it has been specified.

If You Do Not Agree To The Terms And Conditions Of This Agreement, Do Not Use The Product. The Product Herein Refers To The Samsung Cards Only.

      SAMSUNG warrants to the user of this product (“You”) that, during the Warranty Period set forth below, the product under normal use will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform to SAMSUNG’s published product specifications, subject to the conditions stated herein.

      In the event that SAMSUNG determines, in its sole discretion, that the product suffers from material defects and does not substantially conform to the published specifications under normal use, as long as You own the product, SAMSUNG will, at its option and subject to the conditions and exceptions stated in this Agreement, either: (1) replace the product with equivalent or greater capacity and functionality; or (2) refund Your purchase price, less any rebates. Proof of purchase showing information including but not limited to the date and place of purchase and the reseller’s name may be required.

      This Agreement Sets Forth Samsung's Entire Liability And Exclusive Remedy Available To You For Your Warranty Claim. Samsung Disclaims All Other Express And Implied Warranties, Including But Not Limited To Any Implied Warranties Of Merchantability, Fitness For A Particular Purpose, And Non-Infringement. In No Event Shall Samsung, Its Suppliers, Or Any Affiliates Be Liable For Any Indirect, Consequential, Incidental, Or Special Damages, Any Financial Loss, Or Any Lost Data Or Files, Even If Samsung Has Been Advised Of The Possibility Of Such Damage And Notwithstanding The Failure Of Essential Purpose Of Any Limited Remedy. In No Event Will Samsung's Liability Exceed The Amount Paid By You For The Product. These Limitations And Exclusions Apply To The Fullest Extent Permitted By Applicable Law. If Implied Warranties Cannot Be Disclaimed Under Applicable Laws, Then To The Extent Permitted, Such Implied Warranties Are Limited To The Duration Of The Express Warranty.

    • Warranty Limitations

      Warranties provided herein do not extend to any use of the product for or with continuous recording instruments or any other write-intensive devices, including without limitation security cameras, surveillance systems, dashboard cameras, black box cameras, internet protocol/network cameras, continuous recording set top box devices, continuous data logging devices like servers, dedicated devices for benchmarking tests, or the primary drive for certain devices, and any other excessive uses.

      SAMSUNG is not responsible for any failure or defect arising out of the presence of or use with a third party product, software, or component, whether authorized or not. This warranty is void if the product was not used in strict accordance with its instructions or was damaged as a result of improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, or accident. In the case of replacements, ownership of the original product will be transferred to SAMSUNG and SAMSUNG will not return the original product to you. Data recovery is not covered under this warranty and is not part of the replacement process. SAMSUNG is not liable for data loss or corruption in any cases.

      You agree that the product shall not be used in any life support systems or other applications where failure could cause injury or threaten life. SAMSUNG disclaims any and all liabilities in connection with, arising out of, or related to, any such use of the product.

      SAMSUNG's warranty does not cover products which, for example, have been received improperly packaged, altered, or physically damaged, as further described in the list below. Products must be inspected upon receipt. You can refer to a non-exhaustive list of examples of the warranty limitations below.

      • Improperly packaged or shipped, including the use of non-qualified shipping containers
      • Any alterations, modifications, or physical damage to the product, including but not limited
      to, deep scratches
      • Any alterations, modifications, or removal of any SAMSUNG labels on the product
      • Tampered with or missing tape seals or serial numbers

      Warranty service may not be provided unless the product is returned to an authorized return center in the region of your purchase. You hereby acknowledge and agree that each region may have regional specific warranty implications that may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement in its specific application to You.

    • Governing Laws & Jurisdiction

      • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
      • All disputes and differences of any kind whatever arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by a sole arbitrator appointed by SAMSUNG.
      • The arbitration proceedings shall be governed by the (Indian) Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the seat of such arbitration shall be in Bangladesh, India. The language of arbitration shall be English and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties.
